Amorphous diamond is extremely chemically resistant. Diamond Hards' Adamant ™ coating which is predominantly SP3, the diamond form of carbon provides excellent resistance to both acidic and alkali environments, thus enhancing the resistance of any substrate to which they are applied. Adamant is also extremely resistant to exposure to salt water environments
