Our process technology is a MEPA-CVD which we have patented and gives the materials we produce a unique combination of properties. These include:

The low processing temperature ensures that we can coat a wide variety of substrates and due to the surface conformity there is no need for the potentially expensive pre or post treatment often associated with other coating technologies.

All the coating properties have been independently tested by outside laboratories and or customers and we can provide details of this in our technical presentations. Additionally we regularly participate in specialist conferences where we have presented more than half a dozen papers.
